To Whom It May Concern:
It is my belief that the Illinois Institute of Technology could save a significant amount of money on their water bill, as well as water the grass more effectively, if they would direct the efforts of the underground sprinkling system at said grass, rather than at the sidewalk and the pedestrians who walk thereupon. If, however this is intentional, and you believe the inhabitants of your campus to be dirty enough to force an additional shower upon them, perhaps you should arrange for secondary sprinklers to dispense soap and shampoo. In addition, although the smattering of broken sprinklers make rather artistic geysers, not to mention enjoyable obstacles for the aforementioned pedestrians, they are perhaps not the best use of our precious water resources.
Thank you for your time.
