This is a great lecture about motivation, presented with the business world in mind but with plenty of applications elsewhere. I found it really interesting! (Granted, I'm an über-geek whose final undergrad research paper was on the topic of motivation in education, but still...) Anyway, I thought y'all might enjoy it, too. It's about 18 minutes long.
